Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fuselyn. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Fuselyn helps students turn course material into study plans, spaced-repetition flashcards, and scheduled study time, with optional AI-generated content and an AI study assistant.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fuselyn. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Fuselyn offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account's billing page.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; we don't provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate your school's academic integrity policies
  • Attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the AI features or the service generally
  • Share your account with others or resell access to the service
  • Upload content you don't have the right to use

AI-generated content

Study plans, flashcards, resource suggestions, and assistant responses are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Fuselyn is a study aid, not a substitute for your own understanding — verify anything important before relying on it, especially for graded work.

Your content

You own the syllabi, notes, and other content you upload. By using the service, you give us permission to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the features you use. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for anything beyond running the app.

Termination

You can stop using Fuselyn and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Fuselyn is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for academic outcomes, missed deadlines, or other indirect damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
